Your collected personal data will be processed within the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of Law No. 6698 for the purposes of managing customer relations, updating customer contact information, creating sales records, executing processes relating to sales and after-sales obligations, conducting financial transactions including billing activities, and enabling authorized personnel to contact you regarding the model of interest; conducting necessary activities by our operational units to enable you to benefit from the products and services offered by our Company, including organizing machinery demonstrations and field tests; customizing and recommending products and services according to your preferences, habits, and needs; ensuring the legal and commercial security of our Company and individuals with whom our Company has business relations; and determining and implementing the commercial and business strategies of our Company.

c. To Whom and for What Purposes Processed Personal Data May Be Transferred

Your collected personal data may be transferred to our business partners, suppliers, shareholders, affiliates, legally authorized public institutions, and private individuals, limited to the purposes specified in our Data Protection and Processing Policy, for the purposes of managing customer relations, updating customer contact details, creating sales records, conducting billing and financial operations, arranging authorized consultations regarding equipment models, customizing products and services, ensuring legal and commercial security, and executing our Company's business strategies.

d. Method and Legal Basis of Personal Data Collection

However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board will be applied. In this context, data subjects have the right to:

• Request information if personal data has been processed,
• Learn the purpose of the processing of personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
• Know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
• Request correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing and request notification of the transaction made within this scope to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
• Request the deletion or destruction of personal data in the event that the reasons requiring its processing cease to exist, despite having been processed in accordance with the law, and request notification of this transaction to third parties,
• Object to the occurrence of a result against the person by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
• Demand compensation for damages in case of damage due to unlawful processing of personal data.
